Yes, you can use the probability code from |STAT.
Note that chisq.c uses z.c for Normal distribution probabilities,
and that both are from the Collected algorithms of the ACM,
as noted in the files.

For CS, you might like looking at the code, but it's not all that interesting:
lots of arrays and maybe only one interesting algorithm in prodlist.c for
computing ratios of products of primes. I think I could have patented it.
The probability distribution functions, based on ACM CALGO, are astoundingly
