Hi Bonne,

Several items.

Months ago, you mentioned that the garbage disposal may need
to be replaced.  Please feel free to do so if you have not already.

Have I received your rent for July?  I am not sure.

Finally, a topic that has been on my mind for about a year.
Last year, I finished payments on the condo and have been
thinking about selling it because of the strong market.
My impression is that it has been renting at well below market.

I do not have any schedule planned for this.
I have not contacted any realty agents,
but would like your cooperation if I did.
Ideally, you would continue as tenants while
it was up for sale, and I would be willing
to offer a relocation bonus if your departure
coincided with the buyer taking possession
(e.g., 1% of sale price or two months rent
beyond your last months rent paid many years ago).

What are your thoughts about this?
