Dear Prof. Tennyson,

Working on the HCI Bibliography (http;//hcibib.org), I could not help but
notice that CHB seems to have replaced the concept of issues-within-volumes
with single-issue volumes:
 	http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/journal/07475632
bucking the trend of every other journal, including related journals from
Elsevier, like VLC:
 	http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/journal/1045926X

It seems odd that volumes 21-30 run from 2005-2014, while volumes 31-40 are all
from 2014, and volume 41 is also from 2014. I'm not sure how to show the CHB
volumes from 2014 on a page like:
 	http://hcibib.org/journals
I'm thinking of switching CHB indxing for 2014 and on from volumes to years,
like dblp:
 	http://www.informatik.uni-trier.de/~ley/db/journals/chb/

I'm wondering if there is a benefit of this new organization and if it's going
to spread to other journals. Perhaps there has been an editorial on this, but
I did not see it.

I am dumbfounded about how that link got mangled. Regardless, you can try this instead:
 	http://hcibib.org/perlman/stat/DOS-STAT.ZIP
I apologize for the inconvenience.

Dear Costin,

I am working on the end-of-year indexing for hcibib.org.

I see 3 issues of RRIOC and I assume there is one more to come. Please correct me if volume 7 is complete.

I also noted that PDF files are only available for issue number 1, but not 2 or 3.

Finally, I have a suggestion/request for the issue pages. A "publication month" would allow a finer granularity of ordering of issues, both within the RRIOC journal, but also compared to other publications in the same year. The hcibib.org software assumes that everything published with a date like 2014 (compared to the current month: 2014-11) was published before all other publications in 2014, and get pushed down the default date-ordering of the results list. Many journal sites include several dates:
 	(1) original submission
 	(2) revision after review
 	(3) acceptance
 	(4) publication on the website
 	(5) publication date for the issue
For hcibib.org, only the last date is used.

Best wishes,

Gary
